MEET ROSA

Rosa serves as the Manager of the Outreach and Community Safety Worker teams. She loves our community and its youth and her studies in Psychology and Christian Counseling give her the background to connect with and advocate for distressed individuals and families. She deeply understands the multiple barriers families struggle with daily and is passionate about being an agent of change. She has worked for over eighteen years in community outreach in several south-central Wisconsin counties, helping underserved and underrepresented families. She strives to help our community by promoting mediation services and strengthening existing partnerships to reduce gun violence and create safe spaces.
