MEET MIKE

Mike helped pilot the Community Safety Worker position and now leads the Brother Against Odds (B.A.O.), a mentoring program for male youth affected by gun violence. Having experienced and overcome the struggles of growing up in Madison, Mike is a role model to interact with today’s youth giving them direction and helping them set goals for their lives. He has spent over 15 years in various roles inspiring youth from difficult environments. He serves as a voice of reason and integrity which leads to building relationships of trust and loyalty among the youth. Mike has worked closely with the Madison school district to help young men find a better path.
